Medico-legal work
Dr Davidsson has during the last nine years provided more than 800 reports in civil and criminal matters and during the last year he has received more than 100 new instructions involving the most diverse questions.
Dr Davidsson is able to provide reports within most areas of General Adult Psychiatry but takes a special interest PTSD, anxiety disorders and mood disorders. Dr Davidsson does also have special interest in Transcultural Psychiatry and is a member of the European Association of Psychiatrist special interest group.
He has during the last six years been engaged within the local Criminal Justice Mental Health team and does have en extensive experience of Court appearance. He does appear in front of the court on average 10 times a year (Magistrates Courts, Crown Courts, County Courts and Military Tribunals).
Dr Davidsson has undergone continuous formal training in report writing, court appearance and is a member of The Institute of Expert Witnesses.
